Aynalem has more than ten years of considerable experience in fashion design mainly focusing on cultural designs integrating contemporary styles. Her fashion line has been displayed and presented on various notable fashion magazine, TV shows and radio programs such as Los Angeles Times, My Fashion magazine, Maraki Magazine, Fortune weekly newspaper, Addis Zemen newspaper, Ethio channel Newspaper, 120 TV show, FM98.1 and so many others. She had the honor to design a custom handbag to the former first lady of the US, Hilary Clinton. Aynalem has been awarded the best designer place in two major events. She also had participated at notable fashion weeks in Berlin, London, New Delhi, Tokyo, Nairobi, Stockholm, Washington, and Addis Ababa. She has opened her own fashion line in Ethiopia and a member of the Center for African Women Economic Empowerment, African women entrepreneurship program, Ethiopian Women Exports Association, Addis Ababa Women Entrepreneurs Association, international Women Club of Addis Ababa, United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).
